To @Anna: The effectiveness of such tablets is preserved and there is no cause for concern.
But from time to time, if I take the pills in the bag and close the bag, nothing should happen?

In the bag with which you move every day? It would be better if the tablets lay in the apartment / house at a constant temperature, away from light, moisture and access of children. Therefore, please try to avoid temperature fluctuations during transport and use of tablets.
