TO @Alicja: Usually, the manufacturer recommends drinking a small amount of water with the tablet. Nevertheless, drinking more water does not affect the effectiveness of the tablet.
And you can also drink more, it does not hurt? I ask this out of pure curiosity because I once had such a situation when eating peppers I have no idea how it happened but it fell out nose, a small piece of it.

How would the tablet end up in the nose? If you have not put it there, there is no way that during swallowing the tablet instead of into the stomach went to the nose.
