The first-line drug for the treatment of pain during the use of Mysimba is paracetamol (eg Apap), however, the emergency use of products containing ibuprofen (eg Ibuprom, Nurofen) or paracetamol and ibuprofen (eg Metafen) is not contraindicated. There are no known interactions between the drugs.
