Am I protected from taking a Vibin mini placebo if I have taken Furagin and high doses of Ascorvita and I am taking Arketis?

Am I still protected from pregnancy while using Vibin mini and currently taking placebo pills? This is my first pack of the drug. Unfortunately, I got cystitis / urethritis after three days from the start of taking contraception, today I finish the treatment with furagin. Unfortunately, during the bladder treatment, I took Ascorvita and exceeded 1000 mg per day. Therefore, I have concerns about the effectiveness of the drug. I will add that I am being treated with Arketis.

Furagina or Arketis do not affect the effectiveness of Vibin mini contraceptive pills. When taking doses of vitamin C higher than 1000 mg, protection may be increased. Protection should be maintained when the dose of Ascorvita is reduced to a maximum of 1000 mg per day. You will be protected from the first tablet in the new package.
