If the box with tablets did not directly touch the radiator but lay nearby, the effectiveness of the tablets is not threatened by anything and there is no cause for concern. For the future - please store the tablets in a dry, shaded, cool place. Ideally, the blister should be hidden in a cardboard box. Then nothing bad should happen.
