It is not recommended to use Lokren with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Ibuprom, Nurofen, Dexak, Ketonal, Etopirin and so on), as this can reduce the effect of drugs for hypertension and the effect will be an increase in pressure. Of course, such a phenomenon is very rarely observed in the short term, but it is worth being aware of it. Theraflu you are asking about does not only have an analgesic effect. It is a drug used to combat the symptoms of colds and flu. It has an analgesic, antipyretic effect, reduces the feeling of nasal congestion and so on. We do not use it when, for example, we have a headache. The safest analgesic for use with Lokren will be Paracetamol (Apap). An adult can take 2 tablets at once (500 mg each) to achieve maximum analgesic effect. If the pain does not go away, you do not react to paracetamol, you can use Pyralgina temporarily, which also has an analgesic and antipyretic effect. It should be remembered that you should look for the cause of the pain. It can not only be eliminated with painkillers. If the pain is long-lasting, refractory to treatment, it is worth going to the doctor.
