According to the information provided by the manufacturer of Slinda, the change of contraceptive pills should be made the day after taking the last tablet of Microgynon (the contraceptive effect is then preserved). You can also take the first tablet of Slinda at the latest the next day after the 7-day break, but then additional protection should be used for another week.
