Do I have to protect myself after a long break from Vibin?
Hello On July 30 I stopped taking contraception and today I got a period I took 1 tablet of vibin from a new package or pills protect me from pregnancy? Is it better to protect yourself additionally?

In a situation where you have had a longer break from contraception, it is recommended to take the first pill from the package on the first day of the cycle, i.e. with the start of menstruation. Then contraception is effective from the beginning and you do not need to use additional methods of protection.
