Can I switch from Vibin Mini to Vixpo without placebo?

Good morning, Due to the fact that I have been taking the same vibin mini tablets for 3 years and there were problems with the tribe during withdrawal bleeding and mood swings and weight gain at the last visit, the doctor recommended me to change to vixpo. And here I have a question whether I have to take a 7 day placebo break or after 3 weeks immediately start a new drug? Unfortunately, I have a trip and due to the irritable intestine during cramps also hurts my stomach, diarrhea and these things.

You can start taking the new Vixpo tablets the day after taking the last Vibin mini active tablet, i.e. by skipping the placebo. Contraceptive protection will remain preserved. Spotting and midcyclic bleeding may occur while taking new tablets.
