Can I use Biofenac on an ad hoc basis if I use Xarelto and Prestarium permanently?

Hello. I am taking the following medications. Xarelto 20, Prestarium 5, euthyrox 125, can I take Biofenac 100 mg in a sachet? My knees hurt a lot, Apap does not help. Biofenac was written to me by a doctor and I can take it temporarily, but I read that it enters into interreactions with Xarelto and Prestarium. What in that case. Because I don't know if I can take it or not. I took Xarelto at 3 p.m. and Prestarium a few minutes ago. Thank you.

The combination of Biofenac with Xarelto and Prestarium is not recommended unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/11427/biofenac-proszek-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/apteki The combination of Biofenac, Xarelto and Prestarium may increase the risk of side effects such as bleeding and kidney problems. If your doctor has recommended the ad hoc use of Biofenac, you should also specify the maximum dosage and dosage method (e.g. distance from other preparations). In the event that the doctor knew about the other drugs used, Biofenac can be used in a manner clearly specified by him.
