You have not written what pills you are asking for, nor have you given their name. I understand that this is about hormonal contraceptive pills. If so, please read on. Hormonal contraception is a very effective method of preventing pregnancy (generally more than 99%) provided that it is used correctly and systematically. The risk of failure of the method is negligible, but even if the small probability is unacceptable to you, you can consider using an additional condom (the so-called double protection).
