Is it possible to take Paracetamol with Bibloc and can it raise the pressure?

I take bibloc for hypertension and my head hurts if I can take paracetamol and if paracetamol does not increase the pressure

You can take paracetamol while you are taking Bibloc. Paracetamol in therapeutic doses does not increase pressure. A single dose of 500-1000 mg is recommended, repeated every 4-6 hours.
