Do the pills absorb if I have a stinging in the anus and a push on the stool?

Good morning, I take Vibin birth control pills and 2 hours after taking it I had a push on the stool and a hatch in the anus. In the end, however, there is no stool, I had discomfort until the end of the day and this condition persists for several days. I have no diarrhea or stool after taking the pill. I am currently in week 3 of packaging. Do the contraceptive pills absorb and can I take a normal placebo break?

The effectiveness of the tablets may be affected by diarrhea, since too fast passage of food content through the intestine may result in incomplete absorption of the dose of the drug. Stinging in the anus or a feeling of pressure on the stool do not affect the action or effectiveness of the tablet. They can simply testify to the need for defecation. However, if the discomfort and lack of bowel movement persists for several days, then this may be a sign of problems with the gastrointestinal tract that need to be addressed.
