After what time is contraceptive protection provided if I started taking pills between the 2nd and 5th day of the cycle?

If we take the first contraceptive pill on the second to the fifth day, after what time will we have full protection? I know that in this case, if we take the first tablet between the 2nd and 5th day of okrsu, you need to protect yourself for a week additionally condom or because of this we will not have good protection at all and you will have to use condoms all the time in addition.

If you start taking birth control pills between the 2nd and 5th day of the cycle, you should protect yourself additionally for 7 days from the start of taking the pills. After 7 days, contraceptive protection is provided. Contraception is also effective with the next blister (if the pills are taken correctly at all times after the start of use). You can find more about how to use the contraceptive pill correctly here and in the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
