Can I use Zaldiar alternately with Paracetamol or Ibuprom during Neoparin therapy?

I have a few more Zeldiar tablets if I can take them alternately with paracetamol or ibuprom because I know that the last two are weaker so I prefer to leave Zeldiar for the nights. 0of course, when injecting with Neoparin. And as for the visit to the doctor, it is prolonged due to the quarantine imposed on me 😒.

There are some interactions between the listed drugs included in the question. You can safely use Zaldiar and Praacetamol. When taking Neoparin injections, nsaids such as ibuprofen, ketoprofen, acetylsalicylic acid, etc., should be used with caution, as they may increase the risk of bleeding. Please also remember that it is inadvisable to combine NSAIDs with each other due to the increased risk of side effects, and at the same time does not increase the therapeutic effect on the patient. According to current medical literature, taking up to two different NSAIDs increases the risk of kidney or liver damage by as much as seven times. I encourage you to review our articles on combining drugs and side effects: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
