If I took a new Slinda talbet 9.5 hours after vomiting, could I get pregnant?

Hello. I take slinda tablets is my 4th pack. Bleeding still occurs after day 17. The doctor says that it will adjust. However, to date, there is no shift. Yesterday, during the day, of course, I had intercourse without additional protection and in the evening after taking the tablet (1 hour after taking it) I vomited and had gastrointestinal problems. I took another tablet after about 9.5 hours. I mention that it was 2 and 3 tablets from the package. In this case, should I stop taking the pills and do a pregnancy test after a good time? If I took another pill after more than 9 hours, shouldn't yesterday's intercourse end in fertilization? Thank you in advance for your reply
