Changing Slinda tablets - do I need to use an additional method of contraception for the first 7 days?

For 4 months I took Slinda, unfortunately the month's bleeding was not regular, so the doctor advised me to change to vines, after placebo tablets slindy I immediately took the first yellow vines tablet. Should I use additional contraception in the first 7 days? The doctor claimed that it was not necessary that I was secured, but in the leaflet I saw differently.
