Can Trittico adversely affect the urinary system?

Hello. Can Trittico affect the urinary system by causing urethritis or bacterial growth in the urine? Since I started using this drug I have problems with the urethra despite taking Furaginum the problem does not go away. In earlier periods whenever I had problems with the urethra, then after taking a few doses of Furaginum the situation was controlled, Hence my question whether it was just a coincidence or perhaps Trittico can in such an unfavorable way affect the urinary system Thank you in advance for the answer Regards
