Propranolol należy brać zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza w równych odstępach czasowych - jeśli lek został zalecony, np. 2 razy dziennie, to odstęp czasowy powinien wynosić 12 godzin, jeśli 3 razy dziennie - 6-8 godzin.
