Absolutnie nie. Leki Bisocard i Propranolol nie są swoimi odpowiednikami i nie mogą być stosowane zamiennie. Mimo tego, że należą do tej samej grupy, cechuje je różna kardioselektywność, w związku z czym efekty działanie także nie są takie same.
