These types of reactions of the body at the beginning of contraception use (usually for the first 3-4 months) are quite common and result from the adaptation of the endocrine system to the administered doses of ethinyl estradiol and chlormadinone. Although this can be considered a "typical" side effect, regular vomiting is worrying because it can impair the contraceptive effectiveness of the drug if it occurs within 3-4 hours of swallowing the pill.
It is worth trying to take the pill in the evening, just before bedtime or during dinner, which often relieves stomach discomfort. However, if the situation repeats with the next package, it will be necessary to visit a gynaecologist to consider changing the preparation to one with a different dose of hormones or another route of administration (e.g. patches or discs) that bypass the digestive system.
