Can taking a Vibin Mini tablet from a damaged blister be a cause for concern?
Good morning, I have a question today taking the vibin mini contraceptive pill, I noticed that it was already a little open, probably it had to open a little when squeezing another pill out of the package, but I took it normally, is there cause for concern? Trudno jednoznacznie stwierdzić czy na skutek uszkodzenia blistra lek stracił swoje właściwości i czy powinna mieć Pani powody do niepokoju. Na przyszłość proszę nie zażywać leku w przypadku stwierdzenia uszkodzenia blistra.
Wiele zależy od tego jak długo to trwało. Czy tabletki były narażone na niekorzystne czynniki, np. nieodpowiednią wilgotność, nasłonecznienie, temperaturę. Czy na skutek uszkodzenia blistra tabletka nie uległa ukruszeniu, a co za tym idzie nie zawierała już odpowiedniej dawki leku. W przypadku leku Vibin Mini znaczenie ma też, która to była tabletka, ponieważ w blistrze jest 7 tabletek placebo bez substancji aktywnej.
Co do zasady lek powinien być przechowywany w oryginalnym opakowaniu. Folia na blistrze nie przepuszcza wilgoci ani promieni UV. W momencie otwarcia przestaje pełnić swoją funkcję ochronną.
Vibi Mini według informacji producenta powinien być przechowywany w temperaturze poniżej 30 stopni Celsjusza.
Dla bezpieczeństwa proszę skonsultować się ze swoim lekarzem ginekologiem i powiedzieć mu, w którym tygodniu stosowania leku jest Pani. Może zalecić dodatkowe metody antykoncepcji lub zażycie dodatkowej tabletki. W przypadku złego samopoczucia proszę także skontaktować się z lekarzem.

Please take into account that some patients store medicines in cassettes - these are plastic containers that facilitate the intake of medicines, you can keep doses of medicines in them, e.g. for a whole week - then the drug is no longer in the original and has contact with air - but its effectiveness is preserved.

I, taking the pill in the same way, noticed that the film is damaged, but not by me and I decided to take this tablet. On the same day, I had intercourse without ejaculation inside. In this case, is the probability of pregnancy high?
