Can I stop taking Trittico on my own?

I have trittico 75mg the smallest dose (1part of 1 tablet which has 3 parts)
Taken for 30 days. I dropped them off yesterday because my feeling tells me I don't need trittico.... I have strong symptoms, but I am sure it is from the premenopause... Is that very bad?

Prescription medications should not be taken on their own. You can read more about it here:

To assess the effectiveness of Trittico, you should take it for at least one month. If you think that Trittico is unnecessary and your symptoms are due to premenopause, it is worth discussing this with your doctor.
