Hello! I had long periods, it lasted for 2 weeks, after 2-3 weeks it started again. I did an ultrasound and found an ovarian cyst. The doctor prescribed to take Claire for 3 months. According to the doctor's prescription, I started taking the fourth pill, since menstruation had already begun 3 days ago. Now there are 4 tablets left from the first pack, and the bleeding still does not stop. That is, she has been bleeding for 3 weeks, and the discharge is scanty. Is this the norm? Or should I stop taking Claire?

It may be normal to have long and irregular bleeding when taking birth control pills such as Qlaira, especially at the beginning of use. This is due to the body's adaptation to new hormones.
In this case, since the doctor prescribed Qlaira pills for 3 months, he probably took into account the long bleeding and the body's adjustment to the new contraception. Your doctor has told you to continue taking Qlaira tablets as prescribed, even if bleeding persists.
Discontinuation of treatment may result in a return of irregular bleeding. Any modifications to the therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your health condition in detail:
