Good morning, I've been taking vibin mini pills since July of that year. I usually take the pink pills until Thursday and get my period on Saturday/Sunday. This time the bleeding started on Wednesday and today I still think I got my period. I've had to vomit a lot in the last month and that could be the cause. But what could it be, and why did it happen? And can I expect to get pregnant?

Mid-cycle bleeding is a common side effect of hormonal contraception, which may occur not only at the beginning of use, but also after a long time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. Usually, this is not a cause for concern. If the pills are used as prescribed, contraceptive protection is maintained.
Did you vomit 4 hours after taking the tablet? If you vomit up to 4 hours after taking the tablet and you have not taken an extra tablet, your contraceptive protection may have been reduced. Pregnancy should then be ruled out, e.g. by taking a pregnancy test from the pharmacy:
