On Monday (26.02) I had a puncture in the lumbar spine, while today (28.02) I started to have severe headaches when I got up. The doctor recommended painkillers in this case, hence my question, if around 9:00 I took ibuprom 400 mg, which helped me until 15:00, and then I took nalgesin forte 550 mg and it did not give the same effect as ibuprom, then at what time interval can I take another dose of ibuprom after nalgesin forte to be safe?

The next dose of analgesic can be given after about 6 hours (i.e. only after 9 p.m.). Then the risk of exacerbating the side effects of medications will be minimized.
Ibuprom and Nalgesin forte should not be used together as the combination may cause side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding. If your doctor has prescribed a combination of medicines, you should also specify how they are to be used (including the intervals between preparations).
Nalgesin forte is a medication used to treat pain after injuries, sprains, muscle pain, painful gout attacks, pain resulting from arthritis and osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis or primary dysmenorrhea. How you use this medicine will be determined by your doctor. Do not use the preparation on your own, without prior consultation.
