Can you combine Dexak and Nurofen?

Hello doctor have a low back pain but I buy nurofen and dexak is it safe to take both of them?

Do not take both medicines at the same time, as both Nurofen and Dexak are NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). The effects of these preparations are similar, but when taken together, they may increase the risk of side effects (e.g. gastrointestinal bleeding). These drugs can be taken alternately, with a time interval of about 6 hours between doses.
