Whether Metronidazol weakens the effectiveness of the drug Syndi-35? Should I take the morning after pill?

I take the contraceptives Cindi-35 and metronidazole 2 times a day in tablets and also vaginally. I also take retinoids. Does metronidazole affect the effectiveness of contraception? I've had unprotected sex, can I get pregnant? Should I use emergency contraception? Today is the 16th day of the cycle
