Whether DicloDuo Combi, Sirdalud and Zaldiar I can combine with preparations Emanera, Seronil and Betaserc?

Good morning, I take seronil 20 betaserc 2x1 on a daily basis, emanera, lose. Now the orthopedist has prescribed me DicloDuo combi, sirdulad and zaldiar (I told the doctor that I don't like Tramadol but he said it was a good drug and he prescribed it) I read that it should not be combined with seronil. Please let me know if these 3 drugs can be combined with the others? Is it better to give up one?

Thank you for your reply.
This drug is creon travix -the dictionary changed me to lose, sorry. After consulting a doctor, zaldiar discontinued. Another question, can seronil reduce the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill Limetkc ?

Unfortunately, I don't know what drug you have in mind when you use the word "lose". If you have any further questions, please provide the correct name of the medicine.

All of these medicines are medicines that are prescribed by a doctor and should be used as such. If you have any doubts about the recommendations you have received, or if your doctor did not know about all the medications you are taking, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is not recommended to use Seronil and Zaldiar together unless otherwise told by your doctor. In this case, your doctor should determine the combination of the medication that is appropriate for you. The combined use of the preparations increases the risk of side effects such as serotonin syndrome. We described this in more detail in the review:

Doreta is the equivalent of Zaldiar.

DicloDuo Combi is a combination medicine containing diclofenac and omeprazole. It should not be used in combination with Emanera. Emanera contains esomeprazole which belongs to the same group of medicines (so-called Proton Pump Inhibitors - PPIs) as omeprazole. The combined use of the preparations intensifies possible side effects, such as abdominal pain and nausea. DicloDuo Combi should also not be used with Seronil due to the possible increase in the risk of side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding.

The decision to use or not for a particular drug should be made after consultation with your doctor.
