If I experience lower abdominal pain and spotting after switching from Vines to Asubtela, does it mean that I have the wrong hormones?

Hello, I'm taking the first pack of Asubtela pills, I used to take vines but due to the fact that I took it for a few years I had to change to Asubtele, while taking hormones I got spotting and my lower abdomen hurts, what could be the cause? Do I have the wrong hormones?

For the first 3 months after changing tablets, you may experience side effects such as lower abdominal pain or spotting. If the symptoms do not disappear after this time, you can see your gynaecologist and, for example, change the tablets to other ones that will be better tolerated by your body. Spotting that occurs in a single cycle is usually not a reason to change birth control pills.
