How do I change my Vines pills to Dorin?

Good morning, I'm changing my pills from vines to dorin. Should I take the first dorin pill the day after the last green vines?
I also wanted to ask with a 7 day break at Dorin If I take the last tablet of dorin on Sundays, should I take the next one from the new pack on Sundays a week later or on Monday? 'Cause it's a bit troublesome for me
