Good morning, I'm on the 9th tablet of orlifique. Starting tonight I'm starting to take amotaxis, metronizadol, fromilid and emanera 40 mg. I take Orlifique at 8 o'clock. Will taking these antibiotics at 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. be ok? Do these drugs weaken the effectiveness of orlifique? Should I take a 7-day break according to the schedule if I have to take 10 days for helicobacter?

To @Ania:
Yes, that's right.
Thank you. Do I understand correctly? Taking the first tablet from the next pack is I already safe? I'll finish the antibiotic 2 days before the break.

To @Ania:
Continue to take the tablets as scheduled. An additional protection is enough until the current packaging is finished.
Should I take a normal 7-day break according to the schedule if I finish the antibiotic 2 days before this break? Until which end of the cycle should I protect myself additionally? That after the break? Thank you for your reply.

Both antibiotics and Metronidazole can impair the effectiveness of contraception, so an additional method of protection (condom) should be used throughout the treatment and until the end of the cycle. Birth control pills should be taken according to the manufacturer's instructions as before.
