Hello. Mom has been prescribed Ekscitil for the morning and deprexolet for the night. She has been taking these medications for more than two weeks now. Can you expect improvement in the combination of these two drugs.?

The use of antidepressants such as Escitil requires regular and longer use. The first therapeutic effects are noticeable only after 2-3 weeks of using the drug. In some cases, a longer period of time is necessary. We wrote more in the opinion:

The combination of Deprexolet and Escitil should be used under the supervision and advice of a physician, both in terms of the doses used and the intervals between preparations.
