There are no contraindications to the use of preparations with St. John's wort together with Tezeo.
The telmisartan in Tezeo is metabolised by a different way than by cytochrome P-450 enzymes, which are induced by St. John's wort. St. John's wort does not affect your blood pressure or the way Tezeo works.
