Hello, I've had kyleene spirals on for a year now. My question is, do the use of parogen and afobam affect its effectiveness? Please reply.

The use of Parogen and Afobam does not affect the effectiveness of the Kyleena IUD.

I encourage you to inform your doctor about the IUD you are using. This will allow you to choose a pharmacotherapy that is safe and effective for you.
