Should I be concerned if the bleeding occurred 3 days before the placebo started?

I've been using hormonal contraception with Vibin mini pills for almost 2 years. I'm currently in week 3 of active pills. 3 days before I started taking the placebo pills, I started having bleeding that looked like "periodic" bleeding. Should I be worried? I take the tablets every day, more or less at the same time +/- 30min.

Mid-cycle bleeding is a side effect of Vibin Mini pills that can occur not only at the beginning of the contraceptive pill, but also after a longer period of time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. Usually, this is not a cause for concern. If the pills are used as prescribed, contraceptive protection is maintained.

If you have not experienced spotting or mid-cycle bleeding while using the tablets, it is worth seeing a gynaecologist to rule out non-hormonal causes.
