What should I do if I accidentally took the contraceptive pill in the morning instead of in the evening?

If I took a vibin mini tablet accidentally in the morning at 7 and I always take it at 7 pm, should I take the second tablet today at a fixed time at 7 pm or the next day?

You have not given what contraceptive pills you are taking, so I can only give general information. Considering that you took the tablet about 12 hours earlier, you may not take another tablet today, but only the next day. In this way, the cycle will remain unchanged. For your own psychological comfort, you can use an additional form of contraception for the next few days. For most birth control pills, a delay in taking the pill for up to 12 hours does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. I enclose materials that may be interesting and information about the possibility of using teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jedzenie-i-picie-obnizaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
