Should I take a Vines tablet from a spare pack if I have taken two days in one day and I run out?

Good morning, tonight I mistakenly took two tablets from a pack of vines 2 hours apart. Should I take an additional tablet from the refill pack or will the cycle simply be shortened by one day? Best regards
