If I took a month after 2 tablets of Slinda (at an interval of one at 15 and the other usually late in the evening) out of fear, but now I will take one thanks to the help of a psychologist, the effectiveness will be maintained? (I did all the blood tests and Doppler ultrasound so for my luck and stupidity everything is fine)

To @Oliwa: In this case, protection is provided. However, taking an additional "extra" tablet increases the risk of side effects, e.g. intracyclic spots. However, it does not affect the effectiveness of therapy.
So if I understand correctly, the effectiveness will be preserved if the tablets are taken individually? They were always taken at the same time, but the second one was simply taken at a later time

The summary of product characteristics does not provide for a situation in which the patient takes 2 tablets a day for a long time (this situation occurs episodically when a dose of the drug is missed and the forgotten tablet is taken, including the correct one). Analyzing the problem from the pharmacological side, the dose of substance contained in 1 tablet is enough for the preparation to be effective - this amount has been clinically tested and has a proven profile of action. It is important to take Slinda correctly - every day, at a fixed time. In case of any doubts, it is worth seeking advice from a gynecologist.
