Can the antibiotic Xifaxan (2 tablets a day for a week) taken while taking Axia Conti (the beginning of a new blister) prevent withdrawal bleeding?

To @Milena: The effect of Xifaxan on withdrawal bleeding during the use of birth control pills has not been studied, so an effect on the abundance or occurrence of bleeding cannot be excluded.
Despite the use of xifaxan, bleeding should occur, right? And if it occurs, it can be in a different form than always, e.g. light spotting instead of heavy bleeding?
Thank you, but pregnancy is excluded certainly. I was referring to the effect of the antibiotic on bleeding itself. That is, the components of xifaxan alone will not make bleeding not appear or be minimal? If bleeding has not occurred and pregnancy is excluded, then it is certainly not the fault of the antibiotic?

Xifaxan may affect the contraceptive efficacy of Axia Conti. If you have not used additional contraception throughout the entire period of antibiotic therapy and at least 7 days after its completion, I encourage you to exclude a possible pregnancy. You can rule out pregnancies by performing one of the pregnancy tests available in online pharmacies or stationary ones. Choosing the offer of an online pharmacy allows you to compare prices and order a test with home delivery or personal collection at the pharmacy. The test is best performed at least 10-14 days after the last improperly secured intercourse. Ultardent pregnancy tests, detecting a few days of pregnancy, include, m.in: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-domowe-laboratrium-test/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54428/nordtest-test-ciazowy-plytkowy-test/apteki You can read more about which pregnancy test to choose and when to do it in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic If you exclude pregnancy, and Bleeding did not occur 2 times in a row, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
