Should I be concerned about bleeding during the first pack of Seasonique?

Good morning! I'm on my first pack of Seasonique, I have two weeks left to white pills. All the time taking pink pills I had spotting, but since yesterday it turned into more intense bleeding with fresh blood. Should I be worried?
