Hello on Saturday I forgot to take the pills and yesterday I took 2 and before that I had a drink today as I got up I noticed bleeding from the genital tract menstruation I should get in 10 days

Bleeding may have occurred due to missing a dose and too long a period of time between doses of hormones (a bit like normal withdrawal bleeding). Since you have already taken further doses of the drug, the bleeding should stop soon.
