Is it possible to combine Metypred and Ketonal?

Hi, I wanted to know if taking metypred 4mg in the morning I can go for a kethanol injection? When using metypred, can I take Mydocalm forte 150 mg and Digavar teva in the evening?

Combining Metypred and Ketonal is not advisable. This combination is not recommended due to a possible increase in methotrexate toxicity. Ketonal should be replaced with a paracetamol-based analgesic or if this is not enough, your doctor may recommend taking tramadol (drugs with this substance are available on prescription).
