I took three times in a row 2 pills a day Vixpo contraceptive pills or as on the fourth day I will take one contraceptive pill it will become less effective?

The use of one contraceptive pill will not be less effective than the use of two at once. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, so please do not use 2 tablets a day with only one.
