Good morning. For some time I have been diagnosed with hypertension, although at rest it is within the normal range to 140/85, more often about 135/80. The doctor prescribed telmizek 40. The pressure dropped to about 115-120/70, but there were strange jumps in pressure and anxiety in various situations, both emotional and for no reason, eg sitting at the tv. I stopped taking medication after 2 months of such symptoms. After a few days, the pressure returned to about 135/85. Another doctor decided that I should take 20 mg telmizek for peace of mind (in office 150/95). I began to take and after a few days again shot such anxiety suddenly. Could this be a signal that this drug is not for me? Does it make sense to take medication at such pressure, or is it better to try with herbs, etc. The diet is ok. Weight 96kg with a height of 182cm. All tests are normal. I did not do only the Holter of the heart, and from the adrenal glands checked only cortisol. Best regards
