I've been experiencing a strange sensation in my ear for four days. When I finish speaking, I hear a "pu" in my left ear (a sound resembling an ear being unblocked, blowing). I hear something like this during some sounds, e.g. birds singing, and then it rhythmically rumbles in my ear, just like birds sing.
