Does bleeding with Slinda pills reduce the effectiveness of contraception?

Hi I came with a question, if I take contraception Slinda (6 pack) and at the 9th tablet there were abdominal pain and bleeding not small but also not large, it lasts already 7 days and at that time I had sex with a partner who did not fully 'pull' on time. Do the pills still provide 99.9% protection against pregnancy? From stress and stupidity I do not think rationally and the gynecologist only in a week ...
