Is it possible to combine preparations with St. John's wort, Gotu Kola / Ginko biloba, GABA and vitamin C?

Good morning. I have a question about combining preparations with St. John's wort, gotu kola / ginko biloba, gaba and vitamin C. Daily supplementation would look like this: in the morning - St. John's wort noon - gotu kola interchangeably with ginko biloba (change every 2-3 months) before bedtime - gaba vitamin C Are there any contraindications before such use of these preparations? The aim would be to support the treatment of anxiety attacks and anxiety disorders.

Thank you for your answer, I got a list of these preparations from a psychologist who said that they can be helpful during therapy. He selected these based on my request that the substances not be addictive.

The preparations mentioned in the question do not interact with each other in clinically significant ways that would preclude their combined use. You mentioned that this is supportive treatment. And is there any basic treatment, i.e. do you take any medications recommended by a specialist doctor? Treatment of difficulties in the area of psychological functioning only with pharmacological agents carries the risk of worsening of symptoms during discontinuation and or shortly after. If you have not undertaken psychotherapy, I encourage you to make an appointment for a consultation with an appropriate specialist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-psychologiem I enclose additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-poradzic-sobie-z-nerwica
