Is spotting and lower abdominal pain a normal reaction to skipping Drovelis tablets?

Good morning, I have been taking Drovelis tablets for 5 months. In the last package I forgot to take 2 tablets in the last week (pink). I went to the gynecologist and was advised to take the tablets from the new blister. Since taking a new blister, there is a slight spotting and terribly hurts the lower abdomen. I took a pregnancy test and the result is negative. Is this normal?

As a result of mistakes and taking the drug not in accordance with the scheme, the risk of side effects such as spotting or lower abdominal pain increases. This is not a cause for concern and should normalize over time.
