The mere fact that you travelled by train, car or other means of transport does not affect the effect of birth control pills. The pills are used by many women - including those who travel, even every day - all over the world, which forces them to take their medication with them. Do not allow medicines to be stored in abnormal temperature conditions or exposed to crushing. Regular travel under normal conditions (trains provide temperature control inside the carriages) does not involve any particular risk to drugs.
